Your BURNOUT® Tumbler is designed to deliver the perfect drinking temperature, sip after sip. Proper cleaning and care will help keep your tumbler fresh, clean, and performing the way it was designed to.

Here’s everything you need to know about caring for your BURNOUT tumbler.

Before Your First Use

Always wash your BURNOUT tumbler and lid before using them for the first time.

BURNOUT tumblers are dishwasher safe, making everyday cleanup quick and easy.

If you prefer to wash your tumbler by hand, use hot, soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge. Do not use bleach.

Cleaning Your BURNOUT Tumbler

Regular cleaning helps prevent residue, odors, and buildup from developing inside your tumbler.

For the best results:

Wash your tumbler after use, either in the dishwasher or by hand with hot, soapy water.
When hand washing, use a soft, non-abrasive sponge to protect the finish.
Do not use bleach.
Remove the gasket from the lid for a thorough cleaning.
Allow all components to dry completely before reassembling.

Cleaning the Lid and Gasket

Don't forget about your lid! Beverage residue can collect around the lid and gasket over time.

Remove the gasket from the lid periodically and clean it thoroughly. Once cleaned, allow the lid, gasket, and other components to dry completely before putting everything back together.

Resetting Heat-Zorb® Between Hot Drinks

BURNOUT's Heat-Zorb® Technology is designed to help bring your drink to a more comfortable temperature while keeping it hot for longer.

When enjoying consecutive hot drinks, rinse your tumbler with cold water several times between drinks. This allows the Heat-Zorb® technology to reset before your next beverage.

BURNOUT tumblers are designed for hot and cold beverages, but always follow these important safety precautions:

Do not put your BURNOUT tumbler in the microwave.
Do not heat the tumbler with any external heat source.
Contents may be HOT, so use caution to prevent burns.
Mishandling the product may result in fire or personal injury.

Register Your BURNOUT Tumbler for a 5-Year Warranty

Your BURNOUT product includes a 1-year manufacturer's warranty.

Register your product within 30 days of purchase using the serial number located on the bottom of your mug to receive an additional four years of coverage, for a total 5-year warranty.

The warranty covers vacuum and lid failures under normal use when the product is operated according to BURNOUT's Care and Use Instructions.
