Warranty Claims

If you believe your Burnout Mug has a defect or issue covered by warranty, please submit a warranty claim and our team will review it.

The Burnout Warranty will encompass the following defects:

  • An accessory malfunction including integral pieces of the lid (rubber stoppers, sliding mechanisms, sonic welds, and thread malfunctions) that are not caused by excessive force or improper use by the customer.
  • Any unclear necessary information present on each unique Burnout product including serial numbers, logos, or additional legal information.
  • Burnout Mugs and Tumblers which are not performing as advertised (a broken vacuum within the walls of the product(s), inadequate product filling, or an obvious manufacturing issue) not caused by the customer.
