If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Late or missing refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Gifts If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return. Shipping returns To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Express shipping is available for the flat rate of $45.00 for delivery within 1-2 days for shipping within the continental United States, dependent on the shipping address location. For international shipment, times vary due to customs and will affect the delivery times. Delivery estimates are based on continental United states shipment only unless otherwise specified by a duly appoint representative of ThermAvant International. Returns: Return process: The product must be shipped back to ThermAvant International at 6705 Stephens Station Rd, Columbia, MO 65202 USA. A note must be included with the product that includes, your name, where the mug was purchased, order number, your email/phone number, the action required (exchange request, refund request, etc.), and the reason the mug was returned. This information allows the BURNOUT customer service department to accurately process your request. Refunds on returned products requesting a refund will occur within two weeks of return shipment arrival pending an inspection to verify that the product is in “as manufactured” condition. The BURNOUT™ Drinkability Guarantee If your BURNOUT™ Travel Mug doesn’t quickly bring your coffee to a comfortable drinking temperature and keep it there for a long time, as promised, we will buy it back, no questions asked. Warranty: Limited Lifetime Warranty This warranty runs for the lifetime of the product pending the customers ability to provide proof of purchase and has registered the mug by its unique serial number on Burnoutmugs.com within 90 days of the purchase date of the product. This warranty covers all components of this product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty does not cover any loss or damage arising due to the negligence in the operation of this BURNOUT mug, any loss or damages arising in any way out of the use of this BURNOUT mug when it has been altered, repaired by persons other than BURNOUT, or when it has been abused or misused, or used in any other way than for the intended purpose of consuming coffee, tea, or other non carbonated, potable liquids. This warranty does not cover incidental and consequential damages arising in any way out of the use of this BURNOUT mug. The liability of BURNOUT is, in any event, limited to the amount of the original purchase price of the BURNOUT mug, and remains in force only as long as the product remains in its original, as-built configuration. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. If your BURNOUT mug proves to be defective we will either send you a replacement part to fix your BURNOUT mug or we will send you a replacement BURNOUT mug with an identical or substantially equivalent BURNOUT mug. This service will be performed at no charge to you.
